Summary:
o 2nd Shift/Evening Position (Availability to work a scheduled shift between a start time of 1pm and end time of 11pm)
o Clean and maintain the common areas of the Resort to meet property standards
o Vacuum carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies.
o Empty wastebaskets, clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
o Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors, using brooms, mops, and/or powered scrubbing and waxing machines.
o Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
o Keep walkways, stairs, and all other public spaces maintained.
o Clean restroom areas and replace paper products.
o Wash windows.
o Assist with the delivery, upkeep of supplies, and removal of Trash and Linen from the Guest Units/Floors.
o Stock Linens, Strip and Make Beds.
o Assist with Cleaning Condo Style Guest Units as needed.
o Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
o High School Diploma or equivalent
o Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills.
o Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment as well as cleaning techniques.
o Moderate physical effort (lift/carry up to 25 lbs)
o Frequent lifting, pushing of supplies and equipment.
o Prolonged standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending and kneeling.
o Must be able to work independently and follow instructions regarding priorities of tasks or functions.
o Must learn the standards for cleanliness and maintenance of all common areas inside and outside.
Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
Successful completion of background check required prior to employment.
Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Job: HousekeepingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
