Must have experience providing excellent customer service and handling customer complaints.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing product information, helping customers make informed decisions, and providing a positive shopping experience.
This position requires strong communication skills, an ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
excellent verbal communication is a must able to handle scheduling and booking appointments to maximize efficiency must be able to work Tuesday - Saturday 11-7PM must be able to lift 40-50lbs dependability.
must be on time! Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships.
Operate cash registers and process payments accurately.
Maintain product displays and stock shelves with merchandise.
Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store policies.
