Someone who is eager to work on a team of creative people and to uphold the inclusive, hardworking, and fun culture of the Anchor Toffee brand! We are urgently looking for someone who wants to learn, is willing to be trained, and has a strong sense of teamwork! We are primarily looking for someone to work in the evenings.
Responsibilities:
The Store Associate will be responsible for executing the following duties, which include but are not limited to:
Ensuring a quality customer experience.
Handling cash and card payments.
Packing and stocking toffee to meet current demand.
Learning about our products in order to answer customer inquiries.
Stickering retail & product bags.
Keeping up with refilling samples for the front of house.
Maintaining overall store cleanliness.
Communicating with the Store Manager and/or owners as needed.
These responsibilities, duties, and shift times are subject to change based on the seasons of retail and urgency.
Experience:
Some background experience in retail is preferable, but not required.
Basic mathematical skills.
Fluency in English.
