We provide a casually elegant lunch Monday through Friday and host several special events throughout the year.
Our lunch menu changes weekly utilizing the freshest seasonal ingredients.
We are a professional group committed to offering exceptional service to our members and their guests.
General Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily operation of lunch service Monday through Friday and in any area of the kitchen and dining rooms as requested.
Assist in the planning and executing of special event cocktail parties and special event dinners.
Responsibilities:
Assists in menu design, the preparation, and presentation of meals along with cleaning and dishwashing.
Assists the chef in handling multiple lunch orders and tasks in an efficient manner.
Assists in food running and bussing.
Assists the chef in menu planning and food preparation for special events.
Assists in maintaining a clean kitchen at all times.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic.
Willingness to work cooperatively as part of a team.
Demonstrates professionalism in appearance and attitude and complies with employee policies.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Food service experience preferred.
