Executive Assistant SRT is looking for an experienced professional executive assistant to support a senior partner and associate attorney.
Responsibilities include:
Daily support of the attorneys' practices Interfacing with clients re:
scheduling, information flow, problem solving and client assistance, as needed File maintenance Document preparation and proof review Previous experience in estate planning, trust/probate administration or business law helpful
Qualifications:
3-5 years prior relevant experience as an executive assistant or paralegal Bachelor's degree and/or completion of relevant training programs for assistants or paralegals Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using software and case management systems Demonstrated problem solver Ability to use sound judgment Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information Ability to work 5 days per week Salary commensurate with experience.
This is a benefited position.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
