PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTSITE OF SERVICE:
Naval Health Clinic New England (NHCNE) Newport, RI and associated branch medical clinics Medical Readiness Clinic Full Time - Temporary Position (Oct 2023 - Sept 2024) POSITION QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:
Degree:
Bachelor's Degree.
Education:
Graduate from an accredited college or university certified by theAccreditation Review Commission on Education of the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA).
Experience:
Possess a minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience as a Physician Assistant within the preceding three (3) years.
Certifications:
Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician'sAssistants (NCCPA) Additional Certifications:
Possess current Basic Life Saver (BLS) hands on certification through the AHA Possess current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Licensure:
Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant as required.

Citizenship:
HCWs performing under this contract shall be U.
S.
citizens.
English Language Requirement:
The Contractor shall ensure that all HCWs providing services under this contract are able to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively communicate.
HCW Physical Capability:
HCWs shall be physically capable of standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time and physically capable of performing all services required under the contract.
HOURS:
Services shall be provided Monday through Friday, between the hours of 0700 and 1800.
o Shifts will normally be scheduled for an 8.
5-to-9-hour period, to include an uncompensated 30- to-60-minute lunch break, respectively.
o In no instance will services be provided in excess of 80 hours per two-week period.
