Castle Hill Inn is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the team.
Nestled on 40 acres overlooking the southwestern corner of Narragansett Bay, Castle Hill Inn - a Relais & Chateaux hotel - is a coastal haven where guests come to relax and rejuvenate against a spectacular New England backdrop, a location that is second to none.
The property features guest rooms that are perched on the sand dunes of our private beach, a banquet facility, and two restaurants featuring the talents of the culinary team.

In the Restaurant Manager role, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of all daily restaurant operations.

Essential Duties:
Ensuring a quality guest experience by managing all areas of the restaurant's daily operationsHiring, training, and development of employees and managersHands on training and development of all service positions, specific areas to include:
Guest Service, Etiquette, Food and Beverage KnowledgeOversight of and approval of weekly schedulingReconciling, invoicing, and inventoryCompensation and

Qualifications
Qualifications:
1-3 years experience managing full service dining and 3-5 years experience managing teams of 30-30 employeesHotel experience a plusMust have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as neededSkills & Abilities:
Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staffExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsMust be able to stand for long periods of timeAbility to lift and move 25-50 poundsBe collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships Recommended Skills Accounts Receivable Communication Foods Leadership Training Activities Stock Control Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
