Job Description:
Performs program analysis in support of a mature complex naval system. Ensures program schedule and plans are integrated across program functional groups. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Ensures compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines. Leads scheduling status reviews and IPTs.
Essential Functions:
Active SECRET Clearance Required Lead for the Integrated Master Schedule for a mature complex naval program. Work with all stakeholders to ensure the IMS is complete and maintained up to date for new construction and in-service program systems. Communicates with key stakeholders internal and external to the program. Assist in the configuration management for the system. Lead / organize integrated product team meetings. Review Technical Program Documents. Develop agenda and maintain minutes for technical integrated product teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. Active SECRET Clearance with the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET Clearance. Preferred Additional Skills:
Expert familiarity with Configuration Management Pro software suite Highly proficient in Microsoft Project Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of software ie, Word and Excel Experience working with the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Experience working with Undersea Programs #J-18808-Ljbffr Recommended Skills Configuration Management Construction Control Systems Integrated Master Plan (Imp) Integrated Product Team Ms Project Apply to this job.
