Under immediate supervision, assists with configuration management and data management of documents, hardware and software baselines, and data. Analyzes proposed product design changes to determine the effect on the overall system. Candidate will be part of a team at Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Combat Systems Department that provides test, engineering, and programming support for submarine non-propulsion electronic systems (NPES) Duties Supports configuration control during product development phase. Ensures configuration identification by reviewing design release documents for completeness, proper authorizations and system updates. Drafts configuration analysis plans to encompass contractual requirements. Assists in the development and maintenance of configuration management database. Coordinates with customers and manufacturers to determine a process for change reporting. Identifies deviations and waivers for government approval when specifications cannot be met. Compiles audit information. Prepares written or electronic records of part design change documents. May be responsible for providing project-level technical support to other staff. Prepares or provides input to engineering analyses, status reports, letters, technical memoranda, briefings, and contract reports. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. _______________________________________________________________________ Bachelors degree in related discipline plus 2-4 years of directly related experience. In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 7 years applicable work experience. Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience for positions involving new technology or labor market shortages as reflected by market survey data. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
