Senior QA Software Engineer

Our client, located near Newport, RI is seeking a Senior QA Software Engineer to join its engineering team designing and developing automated QA software for its products and services.
Responsible for product software requirements and performance analysis; planning, creating and executing software builds and regression tests on multiple concurrent projects.
Participate in the entire Project Life Cycle working with other departments and groups within the company. Search for, investigate and report defects and drive overall delivery quality. Drive embedded, web-based and mobile test planning, develop the test environment, create daily build and test automation, execute functional tests, and deliver in-depth defect report analysis and problem isolation.
BS in Computer Science and a minimum of five years of recent software quality and test automation experience is required. Must have programming skills in at least one of the following languages:
Java, Perl, PHP, .Net, C++
Experience in testing Virtual Machine services; configuration tools and issue management tools is a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
