Job Description
- The Project Coordinator will be responsible for delivering successful workplace change projects for our global clients on a contract basis. As a Project Coordinator, not only will you receive full training on our processes, but you will also gain a unique insight into a diverse cross-section of businesses, a large number of which are global, blue-chip companies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate workplace transition projects for MovePlan's clients to the agreed service delivery standards by using the Toolkit including (but not restricted to):
Working with the Transition Project Manager to maintain the Project Control Plan
Detailed data gathering/database management
Preparing and issue of project communications documents
Conducting space and storage utilization surveys to include analysis and reporting on results and developing recommendation for action with the client
Conducting equipment and furniture inventories to include analysis and reporting on results and developing recommendation for action with the client
Work with Change, Move and File Champions
Project Management of all implementation activity, including planning and preparation of all move related activities.
Preparations for client briefings and presentations on specific elements of the project
Set up and issue meeting notes of all client meetings and progress-chase actions
Manage the preparation and issue of Planning and Preparation schedules
Assist the Transition Project Manager in procurement of a move agent (and other third parties, where appropriate) in line with the client's procurement procedures
Post-Transition Customer Reviews
Assisting the Transition Project Manager with, and delivery of, other tasks as directed.

IT and Security Information Policy
- Maintain project filing system and ensure all project documents are created (in accordance with the Company''s Toolkit guidelines), uploaded on a daily basis to the Company's SharePoint system.
- Monitor resource levels and expenses on each project against budget to include:
Completion of timesheets on a weekly basis
Completion of expenses forms on a monthly basis
Maintain accurate records on project expenses (including travel and accommodation).
- Administrative Duties
Support, maintain and demonstrate the the culture at all times; act as an ambassador of the Company, and understand the role of consultant within the client workplace.
Following initial training, the Project Coordinator will be predominantly based on the client's premises for the duration of the project and is a Company representative on site. He/she must therefore be self-motivated, able to work with new teams and to establish strong client relationships.
The Transition Project Coordinator must be mobile and able to work at client's premises in a variety of locations.
The Transition Project Coordinator must be able to work weekends when moves are in progress.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
