ATHLETIC TRAINER
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience applying athletic health care, therapeutic exercise and athletic therapy/physical rehabilitation techniques requiring extended education or expertise to perform advanced techniques or to apply new scientific/technological procedures in the treatment of difficult of complex individual conditions. Experience providing initial patient assessment and therapeutic exercise and modalities. Experience designing specialized fitness plans to meet the needs of patients with specific health concerns (i.e., back problems, knee problems, etc.).
