TRAINING SPECIALIST
GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Providing oversight, guidance and/or coordination regarding curriculum development maintenance, and instruction; 2) Applying instructional program measurement methods and principles to develop plans or policies for measuring achievement of instructional objectives; 3) Developing, reviewing, implementing, and/or analyzing formal training plans to determine benefits of new systems or equipment; and 4) Using course planning and management tools (e.g., Content Training Module (CPM)/Learning Object Module (LOM)) to update formal training material.
