TRAINING SPECIALIST

GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Providing oversight, guidance and/or coordination regarding curriculum development maintenance, and instruction; 2) Applying instructional program measurement methods and principles to develop plans or policies for measuring achievement of instructional objectives; 3) Developing, reviewing, implementing, and/or analyzing formal training plans to determine benefits of new systems or equipment; and 4) Using course planning and management tools (e.g., Content Training Module (CPM)/Learning Object Module (LOM)) to update formal training material. GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Providing guidance and/or coordination regarding curriculum development and maintenance; 2) Analyzing training program data to propose decisions/alternatives to meet command training objectives and policies; 3) Planning/scheduling formal training courses in accordance with DoD standards and guidelines (e.g., NAVED TRA 130 series); and 4) Using student and course management tools (e.g., Catalog of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC), Corporate enterprise Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS)) to update and track training data. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
