SUPV INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Leading and mentoring Instructional Systems Specialists and/or other Training Professionals for an organization or activity; 2) Resolving educational and training program problems to improve instructional training performance; 3) Managing funding for training curriculum and tools and evaluating budgetary controls for assigned program; 4) Developing instructional materials based on specialty areas and career management fields; 5) Evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of instructional programs managed. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
