SECRETARY (OFFICE AUTOMATION)

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Composing correspondence with proper grammar, spelling, capitalization, and format in accordance with procedural and administrative procedures; 2) Identifying deficiencies in and/or recommending changes to administrative and clerical procedures; 3) Responding to non-technical requests for information; 4) Utilizing a travel system (i.e. Defense Travel System) to make travel arrangements and process claims in accordance with travel regulations; 5) Managing office supplies by requisitioning needed equipment and services; and 6) Managing installation senior leader calendars. NOTE:
This experience must be fully demonstrated in your resume to be considered for this position. This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
