PROGRAM ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) interpreting and applying policies, regulations, and procedures in relation to Naval Education Training Command (NETC) End to End process; 2) applying complex fact-finding, analytical, and problem-solving methods and techniques to identify interrelated problems; 3) implementing and executing studies and projects to recommend improvements to productivity; 4) planning, developing, and delivering training to support instructor qualification and development; 5) Monitoring, tracking, and developing policies and instructions aligned with higher level guidance for instructor qualification and development; and 6) establishing processes, business rules, standard operating procedures, and job aids for Surface Warfare Schools Command (SWSC) and all subordinate Learning Sites to develop Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA), Training Project Plan Program (TPP), Business Case Analysis (BCA), Feasibility Studies. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
