ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF LEADER DEVELOPMENT

CLE was established to develop and deliver a leader development continuum to include leadership and ethics, for both in-residence students in NWC curriculum as well as Flag Officers. CLE also provides critical linkages across the military, civilian, and academic sectors pertaining to the development of ethical leaders for the profession of arms. www.usnwc.edu/college-of-leadership-and-ethics Responsibilities include developing and evolving leader development curricula in support of NWC students from O-4 to Flag Officer. Candidates will also teach or co-teach both core and elective courses and will be expected to deliver lectures in a variety of public and classroom situations. This position requires travel and may involve embarking on U.S. Navy ships. Minimum Qualifications:
A Masters Degree is required. Relevant experience in research, teaching and/or course development experience in the areas of leadership development and/or research. Relevant experience in understanding organizational culture along with a knowledge of leader development theory and practice. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position. Highly
Qualifications:
A Ph.D. in behavioral or social sciences, organizational development, leadership studies or a related field. Organizational leadership experience at a senior level, experience as an academic leader; scholarly contributions; executive coaching experience and scholarly experience in assessing organizational behavior and culture. Experience working with senior leaders in the military, academia, and/or the private sector; experience in producing senior executive reports; and the ability to thrive in a team environment Experience in a multi-disciplinary approach to the behavioral/social sciences. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
